REQUIREMENTS:

• A completed application for each adult applicant (18+); a $20.00* fee for the 1st applicant and $10.00* for each additional applicant.
• Application fees for properties requiring credit reports are $25.00 per applicant.
• At least one year current employment and landlord references.
• Must not have a prior history of any court action brought against you by a landlord (eviction,etc.).
• Copy of a photo ID for each applicant.
• Proof of income (current pay stub copy), if self- employed, please provide a copy of your tax return, and/or statements of any other income( SSI, child support, food stamps, etc).
• If you own your own home, please provide proof that your mortgage is in good standing or current.
• Applications may be subject to property owner approval.
• One-year lease is required on all properties unless otherwise specified.
• *Application fee, deposit & 1st month’s rent MUST be in cash or money order
• Credit report required for houses and condos and as deemed necessary.

After approval, deposit holds rental unit until move-in and is NON-REFUNDABLE.
